ABOUT THESE TERMS
These terms explain shopping with Imperium Store at myimperium.store. For product, order or payment questions, contact sup@myimperium.store or the chat on our Customer Service page. These terms do not limit rights provided by applicable consumer law.

PRODUCTS AND VARIANTS
Before purchasing, review the description, materials, dimensions, available ingredients, instructions and selected variant. The product description identifies what is included; props shown in photographs are not included unless stated. Images are illustrative, and colors may vary between screens. Use beauty and personal-care products according to their instructions and stop using them if they cause irritation.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
The store displays prices in USD. Review the selected products, shipping charges, applicable taxes and total shown at checkout before confirming your order. Payment is processed through the methods available at checkout, including the connected Stripe service. You must be authorized to use the payment method. Changes to prices apply to future purchases, not to an order already accepted at an agreed price.

ORDERS AND AVAILABILITY
Order and delivery details must be accurate. Suppliers’ stock and fulfillment availability may change. If we cannot fulfill an item after purchase, we will contact you about the available resolution, including a refund for an item we cannot supply. An order confirmation is not confirmation that the shipment has been dispatched.

SHIPPING AND DROPSHIPPING
Imperium uses dropshipping: suppliers dispatch products directly, while Imperium remains your contact for the purchase. Items in one order may arrive separately. Processing and delivery estimates vary by product, supplier and destination; review the available shipping information and options before purchase. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. If shipment cannot occur within a promised timeframe, we will provide the delay and cancellation/refund options required by applicable law. Contact support for shipment questions.

CANCELLATIONS
Contact us promptly if you need to correct or cancel an order. We will check its fulfillment status. Changes or voluntary cancellations may not be possible once processing or shipment has started. This does not remove cancellation or refund rights required by law.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We do not offer voluntary returns solely for a change of mind. Contact us within 30 days of delivery for damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete items, with your order number and relevant evidence where possible. Applicable rights or claims after that period are preserved. For confirmed problems, we arrange a refund for affected items or an agreed replacement. A necessary return for a confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect item will be at no cost to you. Contact us for instructions before mailing any item.
